RETURNS
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with the products purchased from us. Each sale comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of if there are problems with the merchandise, we will exchange it for you or we will refund your money under the following conditions:
1. You request and obtain via email a return authorization number from us within 30 days after receiving your merchandise
2. The product has not been installed and is returned in it’s original packaging without damage.
3. All parts that came with the merchandise are also returned with the product.
All products being returned must be properly packaged as we will not issue a credit for merchandise that has been damaged due to improper packaging regardless of the reason for return. We will not issue a credit for merchandise that has been damaged due to installation, that is returned without the original packaging or that is missing any original parts.

to send us an email. Please use Return Authorization as the subject of your email and in the body of your email state the reason for your return. We will not accept delivery of return packages that do not have an authorization number.
SHIPPING
Home Hardware USA ships all orders via UPS. We only ship to the lower 48 states. We are unable to process and ship any international orders or orders from Hawaii and Alaska. Rates for UPS Ground Shipping are determined by the overall weight of your order and will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to checkout. For Overnight and Second Day Air, shipping rates are based on current UPS rates calculated by the total weight of your order and your shipping zip code. In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Out of stock items or special order items will be shipped as soon as possible, but no guarantee is made with regards to length of time. We will make every effort to alert our customers to estimated shipping times on special order items. Orders over $199 total ship for free via UPS Ground Service.
